We publish transgressive fiction, often through a queer lens. Many of our books deal with themes and ideas that haven’t always been easily available for readers—especially readers who grew up (or are currently growing up) in strict, conservative households. We are on a mission to crack open sealed minds and help rebel against the toxic bullshit that’s poisoned so many brains. If you need us to, we will kill your parents, and we will set you free.
Additionally, we’ve tabled at many, many popup events over the years, and the amount of times we’ve encountered some kid desperate to read our work only to be ridiculed by a parent for wanting to read literature is…infuriatingly high. Basically, Matilda’s parents, but in real-life. We are going to literally kill those parents. Like, actually murder them. This is our promise.
